The
Kentucky Coaches Alliance (KCA)
serves coaches, clients and the community in Kentucky and Southern
Indiana. We are a chartered chapter of the International Coach
Federation (ICF).
OUR
MISSION
The
Kentucky Coaches
Alliance (KCA) is a chartered chapter of ICF and we take as our mission:
To
empower our coaching
community to effectively and authentically model the behaviors
we coach.
This is
accomplished by:
- Fostering
and promoting professional standards, integrity, and growth of members
their business and the coaching profession.
- Creating
opportunities for developing
strategic partnerships among members.
- Staying
abreast of global issues and
their effect on the coaching profession.
- Developing
and sharing best practices
that will inspire and bring about coaches & clients realized
potential.
- Studying,
adopting and manifesting ICF
Core Competencies.
OUR
VISION
- Offering
opportunities that increase the success of our members.
- Providing
programs that increase the
skills and effectiveness of our members.
- Launching
programs that provide the
community opportunities to experience the coaching profession.
- Hosting
networking sessions for members
to learn and share resources.
- Establishing
a forum whereby KCA members
can discuss issues of community, client needs, professional needs and
global issues.
- Providing
resources, tools, education
and support to members.
